I offer custom massage sessions that are tailored around each client's needs. Whether you're sore from active hobbies, tight from sitting at a desk, or post rehab from injury, we can create a plan for you.
All sessions can include deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, & stretching.
Meet Your therapist
Rachael Beal, LMT
Rachael has a passion and commitment to fostering pain-free living. Her educational journey began at Appalachian State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. She has had the opportunity to work as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and chained to an office desk. She personally understands the toll that active hobbies and office jobs can have on the body. This inspired her to continue her journey at Anne Arundel Community College in 2022 for massage therapy.
